Today was a normal quiet day at work right up until the last hour!

when one of the guys i work with decided it would be a great idea to wind-up another work colleague who has a reputation for having very volatile temper!

put it this way, this is what he done to the canteen door when the snack van man got his lunch order wrong!

He was ragging and when we started laughing at him! well he lost it! big time!

out of the 8 guys i work with he singles me out to pick on and  throws a knife at me

hitting me on the leg but did not cut me thank fuck!

well at that point i all most lost my cool but managed not to beat him to a bloody pulp! ( i wanted to keep my job)

After i give him an ear full he decides he threatens to hit me with a hammer but backs down when the gaffa comes out the office

what does my boss do ? hee haw! (fuck all)  just a case of get back to work to get the job out

All though he will be taking statements tomorrow WOO HOO *sarcasm*

This is not the first time he has went psycho on some one and a i fear it will not be the last!

Is it just me or does any one else regret the day they offered help out there parents when they decided to get a PC ?

I meen i love my mother to bits , but if i get another incoherent phone message saying some thing along the lines of
Neil can you help me out i don’t know what i have done, i cant get my laptop to do that thing-mea-jig,
you know with the watchy-micall-it that thing you should me how to do last week.

Please for the love of God tell me it’s not just me that has to go round to there parents house every weekend to preform some miner miracle
like the time my mother decided to delete Windows of the hard drive because it was just taking up to much room
mind you i think she might have been onto some thing there, Ubuntu fan boy

My supervisor at work ask me for a couple of films as he had a hot date coming over and was hoping to get some action!
so thought i would help him out buy creating this alternative 20th Century fox intro
That’s what you get for being to cheap to buy your own DVDs

I don’t know about you but i keep getting asked, text and pestered on IM annoying stupid questions about laptops, netbooks, notebooks, desktops, ipods, mobile phones, Blu-Ray, HDTVs……you get the idea!




These questions could be easy answered if they just pulled there fingers out there arse and just googled the question for them self!

Alan Caithness going to the toilet= FAIL

I have been neglecting this blog for far to long I’ve just been to busy with work over the past few months to wright any thing so now that i am on my death bed with man Flu i wil make up for it by telling you all the single most embarrassing thing ever to happen to me.
I was at Body Attack (high impact aerobic class)a few years ago, just before the class was about to begin i noticed a small hole in the seem of inside leg of my cycle shorts.
I thought to myself these are going in the bin when the class finished.

The music began and i got to the first set of repeater knees when the hole started get bigger tare moving up the inside of my leg then all of a sudden
the tare shot up my leg threw the crotch and halfway down the other side Leaving me totally exposed.

i quickly grabbed the two halves of my shorts pulled them together and hobbled my way out of the class with the instructor repeatedly asking me if i was ok had i hurt my self (she was the only one in the entire class not to see what had happened)
I got in to the locker room thinking i could put my Body Combat trousers back on and rejoin the class
Until i realized i had left my locker key in the class so i had to go back in to the class with one hand holding my shorts together to get my key.

I suppose it could have been worse i could have been teaching the class at the time!
If some one out there thinks they have a more embarrassing story please tell all.

I have just taking the plunge and got my self a Keiser spin bike

Iam sick of having to turn up early at a spin class to secure my self a decent bike that has straps that don’t! come lose during long hill climbs, that has a resistance that you can gradually increase instead of one that locks the wheel with the slightest! touch of the resistance lever grrrr!

Owning my one bike means i will be able to fit pedal cleats, train when i want to train and not have to put up with over the top cheesy cover instructors that make me wish i had a spare water bottel that i could throw at thare head to shut them up!

A few of my work mates on the back shift are off work doing the first-aid course and left me bored out of my mind with no one to talk to, so i took a few pics take a look click here

A now ex workmate needed to find some where to skin-up, he decide the best place would be inside a container we use to store HIGHLY FLAMMABLE SOLVENTS, dumb ass!

Having a little spare time on my hands i desided to play around with micosofts new photo stitching software photosynth
